Offset Reunites With His Father After Not Seeing Him For 23 Years

The last time Offset saw his father was when Bill Clinton sat in office, and all of that changed on Friday (April 26), when the rapper had made an effort to rekindle their relationship.
Just yesterday, Offset rejoiced on Instagram by posting the video and a follow up picture of his father standing in front of the rapper’s Maybach.
“HAVENT SEEN MY FATHER IN 23 YEARS!!!!!! AND I STILL LOVE HIM. THE PAST IS THE PAST AND THE PRESENT IS ALL WE HAVE TO RELY ON, WE NOT PERFECT IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM I LOVE YOU POPS!!! NO MATTER WHAT!!!!”
It goes a long way to show how even money can not phase the love a child has for their parents. Once the two got ahold of each other, they were inseparable. The 23 year-old hug and and shake were both captured on video:
“WE SOO MUCH ALIKE IT SCARY, UNITED AS ONE”
The last time Offset spoke on his father was during an interview on The Breakfast club in early 2019. He stated that he has no hard feelings against his father, saying: “Last time I talked to him was 2016…. Every time I talk to him, [I’m] offering…. Why don’t he like me? He tripping. I’m rich. I’m trying to give him the money” However, both men decided to forgive the past affairs for an even brighter future. Sometimes the voids we feel aren’t caused by a lack of financial stability, or poverty, or a back breaking day job, yet by the empty slot in our lives that are meant to be fulfilled by someone as important as family.
